Villa Alma

In the small village of Barici near Višnjan is this beautiful stone villa built in the Istrian style with a large pool and sunbathing area. Regardless of whether you dream of a fun or a quiet vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Villa Alma offers everything you could need on vacation!

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious living room with an open modern kitchen is located on the ground floor. An ideal meeting place for the whole family to spend time together.

From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with great views of the pool and the beautiful garden with plenty of space to play.A wide variety of individual, varied games and sports equipment invite you to entertaining entertainment. A large trampoline makes the sports, games and fun equipment perfect and is the favorite place for all big and small children.

On the spacious covered terrace, comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax, dine or read. An open grill makes outdoor cooking a pleasure.

On the ground floor of this beautiful villa there is also a bedroom with an opposite guest toilet and shower.

Three further bedrooms are on the first floor and can be reached via the beautifully curved wooden staircase. Two bathrooms complete the equipment on the first floor. The larger bathroom with a hydromassage bath invites you to relax and unwind.The second bathroom consists of a toilet with a shower. Small balconies in the bedrooms enrich the furnishings and are a small but ideal retreat.

In the basement there is another nice area with an open fireplace. In this atmosphere you can enjoy a full-bodied Istrian wine and let the evening fade away.
